ESPN Additions

Ironically, some of the best television commercials are for ESPN, and only air on ESPN.  Now, I do not know if these ads really are meant to add all the more to the viewing experience, but it works for me.

  1. This comment of mine isn't related to this post, but to a previous one that we've almost turned into a novel!

Gregory Peck was one of my favourite...all-time favourite actors. He was such a handsome man with great bearing; I just loved him. I still do. I read his biography. He was special. I was sad when I heard he had died. He was a one-off!

He and his good mate, David Niven used to get up to some hijinks, not dissimilar to the relationship between Clooney and Pitt.

  3. Thanks for stopping by, my dear Lee!!! Yes, we have engaged in quite discussion over Brad, and my crack about Clooney was meant in jest. For I am a big fan of his acting efforts, and stories of what he, Pitt, Damon and the others do to each other crack me up. Although, I most certainly would not want to be the butt of one of their jokes. Be assured that I can certainly believe Niven getting into some "stuff." For he had a rather mischievous grin much of the time, and Peck being in on the fun makes it all the more interesting.

  4. Thanks for stopping by, my dear Ann!!! When it comes to some of them, methinks it may be better not to think.

  5. Yep! I figured as much re Clooney, Jerry.

I'm a fan of him, and of Damon, too.

  6. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lee!!! Thank you also for giving me the benefit of the doubt. Damon is hard to beat--especially in the Bourne triology. I sure hope they don't ruin them by making prequels.
