A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and I after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  2. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Jennifer!!! With the sun shining brightly off of the snow here, one would need a good pair of sunglasses on a drive today.

  3. HA! The photo by "Lucky Lady" looks like something I might've taken. Or, I should say, that someone would've taken of me. I'm often draped in cats. Day or night.

Very nice. I like this feature!

  4. Thank you posting my site on your blog. That is the way a lot of sundays are spent here,me naping and the cats on top of me napping also. I enjoy your blog very much and feel honored to be a part of it today.

  9. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear JD!!! I think my wife has a picture of me like that--only with puppies, not kitties. Well, at least she keeps threatening me with one. You see, I want to keep up the illusion of me being dashingly handsome for as long as I can, and if that picture ever got out, it would be a lost cause.
