Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my
brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, when I grew up we did the same thing. Sunday's was always put the family in the car (yes our dog too) and off we'd go. Growing up in Michigan meant many a back roads and the best boat docks ever! I still do Sunday drives sometimes on a Tuesday! I am going have to rethink checking out all these awesome blogs you post, (my blog roll is getting so long already, and I add (well just a couple today!) thanks for the FYI on these!
ReplyDeleteSo glad I made it over before you got the car back in the garage. Spent too much time playing outside today :)
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Tixrus!!! Be assured that I do not consider Banksy's works to be graffiti at all, and I hope they preserved for the ages.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Sandie!!! Both of those are very good choices!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Karen!!! Are you sure you are who you say you are? For you are so warm and friendly, and I do not recall finding all that many like that up in Michigan and Minnesota! (LOL?)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Be assured that it is just not the same without you and Lin (just don't tell her that).
