“Come Monday…” is a weekly series that will involve a review of, or commentary about, websites, movies, documentaries, television shows, sports, music, and whatever else may tickle my fancy at the time. Be assured that these reviews will be generally positive, as in accordance to the Jimmy Buffett song “Come Monday.” This is subject to change, however. In fact, I would be most derelict in my duties to neglect going on a rant every once in a while. For rants promote change, and change can be good—right? Therefore, since good is generally considered as being a positive force in 99.3% of the parallel universes that I am aware of, even a rant could be considered as being something positive, and a genuine hissy-fit would be even better (so I’m told).
The first time I ran across Rena, I knew that she was probably going to be trouble. For she is an IT specialist. You know, the kind who look down their noses at you while turning it on after you have asked them why the monitor at your desk is not working?
Okay, I am making that up. For she is actually a very delightful lady of considerable compassion and grace.
Anyway, she is now needing our help. For she is involved in a fundraising effort for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, which is certainly a very worthy cause.
No, I cannot promise you that our Heavenly Father will give you back ten times what you give. For that is not the way it usually works, but helping others is never a bad thing.
Besides, the research that this would be funding just might be a very good thing for you or one of your loved ones someday. So, please visit [her page], and give what you can.

P.S.: This was first published in The Tribulation Times Herald-Exhorter a little over a week ago, and it is being republished here in the hope of reaching a greater audience. Hopefully, there will not be any need for such in the near future, and if you have been by “The Trib” lately, you are missing out on some incredible articles that have been posted by several very talented authors.
In the hope that I can help in a small way, I've added a link to Rena's page on my blog list which can be found on my right hand sidebar.
