A Sunday Drive

Back during our childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived.  Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them again, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.  The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  4. In between doing the laundry, making a rich, dark chocolate cake and a couple of Christmas cakes I'll have to try to fit in some reading - somehow! :)

  6. I have to set aside some real time when I go on your Sunday Drives. And now, one I really like isn't even in English! But something in the interwebs translated it for me. (Tree of Life Homemaking.) Another one I will return to and even if it weren't translated, those pictures are quite captivating. What is this world we live in now, with all this blogging stuff?

    1. Thanks for stopping by, my dear Penny!!! Well, I mostly use Google's Chrome browser anymore, and it usually has an automatic translation option. It doesn't seem to working lately, though.
