Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and I after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Bob!!! Tragically, far too many spend their lives living in a daze, and sites like your's can help wake them up.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a Sunday morning drive to get things rolling. Enjoyed your picks.

That was a good reminder. I do remember our family driving around on a Sunday. Those are some great sites to go visit. I love meeting new people and sites.

Thanks again for the mention. Ancient Digger is a great stop for a rainy Sunday afternoon.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to Utah this fall. I haven't been there since childhood. I plan on seeing some of my "Sunday morning sites" while there. God has made so many beautiful sites for us to see and we need to take the time to really see them.
ReplyDeleteI added Ancient Digger to my google reader - nice choice.

ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Adrian!!! Be assured that there is nothing to be gained by ignoring opposing voices. In fact, our Heavenly Father has personally revealed to me that He often speaks through them.
