Sites To See

The SOLE purpose of this weekly series is to call attention to sites that I think many would find most interesting—in one way or another. Just to be clear, inclusion in this series is not necessarily meant as a recommendation, and I have included sites that are rather disturbing to me. The link below each image is to the site itself, and each image is linked to the particular post from which it was taken when applicable. Please, go see for yourself.

  1. *LAUGH* I hit that last link and Oh, MY! There is nothing quite as alarming as that "People of WalMart" site. Scary bunch of bananas there....EEK! ;o)

  3. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Jen!!! Before I would include the site, I made sure there weren't any pics of myself, nor of my immediate family. I sure hope I didn't miss any.

  6. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Oyvind!!! If you have a taste for a site with interesting things to see, then, yes, we do have the same taste! Speaking of having a good weekend, are you-all about thawed up there yet?

  8. Thanks for including my site! I'm also a big fan of the People of Walmart. Of course I'm always afraid that one day I'll see some of my relatives there.

  9. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lin!!! What? Have you already checked to see if you are in any of them?

  10. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Staci!!! Well, as bonafide poor people, we do a lot of shopping at Walmart, BUT WE AIN'T UGLY ABOUT IT!!! (Sorry for yelling. In fact, that wasn't even directed at you. Nonetheless, I wanted to make sure that Lin heard it.)

  12. Dear Mr. FishHawk

I see that you picked one of my more serious and evidenced based post to share with your devoted followers.

Thank you for stopping by and recommending my blog. Though I'm quite sure I must fall under your warning category statement as follows.

"Just to be clear, inclusion in this series is not necessarily meant as a recommendation, and I have included sites that are rather disturbing to me"

    lol...

But then some times that's just the way the cookie (or in this case "the cracker") crumbles.

  13. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Well, Walmart advertises to be all about roll-backs, and I suppose that includes society in general. (Please let me know if you ever find a picture of Lin there.)

  14. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Stan!!! Well, I hope this doesn't get in any trouble with the professionals, but after perusing your site, I found A LOT that is quite right with you.

Just in case you are curious, a crackerhead is someone who crumbles under pressure--regardless of whether real or imagined, but always being crazy has kept me from going completely insane. (I hope.)

  20. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ryan!!! Just to be clear, are there any people up there in Scotland who would "qualify" to be included on the People of Walmart site? Adullamite keeps insisting that there aren't, but I have my doubts after getting to know him a little too well.
