Sites To See

The SOLE purpose of this weekly series is to call attention to sites that I think many would find most interesting—in one way or another.  Just to be clear, inclusion in this series is not necessarily meant as a recommendation, and I have included sites that are rather disturbing to me.  The link below each image is to the site itself, and each image is linked to the particular post from which it was taken when applicable.  Please, go see for yourself.

  4. Well I'm shocked, a Scottish fitbaw blog being showcased by FishHawk wow. It's a fantastic read for football fans and I'd also like to say that Mike's gallery is a great fun read.

  5. Shalom and thanks for mentioning Jerusalem Hills Daily Photo.
I started reading your life story at Fish Hawk Droppings. It's really interesting. I'll be back to read more.
(I spent 1996-2002 in Arkansas, good years.)

  6. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ryan!!! Yeah, I've been told that it would be good of me to be kind to the downtrodden and soccer fans. I don't know why, but that is what I've been told.

Now, if you could get them to shrink the soccer field by a third (or maybe half) so that there would be more scoring opportunities, I wouldn't think of the game as being so evil. For with balls zipping by goalies right and left, the hooligans like Adullamite wouldn't have time to raise a such a ruckus!

Oh, and regards to Mike's wonderful site and his contest, he just guaranteed that I would be the winner! (Well, not really, but I am giving positive thinking another go.)

  7. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Dina!!! Thank you also for wanting to read The Crackerhead Chronicles. I was born in Arkansas, but you have actually lived there longer than I have. Nonetheless, I do believe that I have been in every county in the state between family trips and trucking. Please don't be shy about leaving comments--even if you believe that I am plumb nuts!

  8. As always, a fun tour.

I've seen enough of these posts that a question comes to mind. Is the skew toward Blogger site intentional? Just wondering.

  9. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Frank!!! Oh no, but it is a very rare thing for the owner of a WordPress site to ever acknowledge being included here--or any comment I may leave, for that matter. For Akisment considers me to be a spammer because of making the owner of a "Christian" site unhappy years ago, and very few ever check to see if any legitimate comments got tossed in their spam folder. Of course, it may very well be that they do check, and take it for granted that Akismet knows what it is doing.

  14. I appreciate the warning for the one blog. I have to be careful of what I let Duke read since he's still quite young and impressionable

  15. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Well, I suppose I owe you an apology then. For Duke has been teaching me some words, and I thought he had learned them from you.

Since the Blogger spam filter has been found sorely lacking lately, I will start moderating comments. Be assured that I am only interested in deleting spam. So, if you feel a need to take me to task over something—even anonymously, go ahead and let 'er rip, and I will publish it as soon as I can.
