TWO FOR TUESDAY

Link: [Queen]

Not every song that will be featured here will be what is generally considered as being “Christian” in the eyes of this world. For some will be anguished cries from the pit of despair, and others will be quite obviously ferverent rants of rebellion. Nonetheless, be assured that they will all be of our Heavenly Father (in one way or another) and I hope that you have been given ears to hear the message.

Bohemian Rhapsody
Queen
Is this the real life
Is this just fantasy
Caught in a landslide
No escape from reality
Open your eyes
Look up to the skies and see
I’m just a poor boy
Poor boy
I need no sympathy
Because I’m
Easy come
Easy go
Little high
Little low
Anyway the wind blows
Doesn’t really matter to me
To me

Mama
Just killed a man
Put a gun against his head
Pulled my trigger
Now he’s dead
Mama
Life had just begun
But now I’ve gone
And thrown it all away
Mama
Oooooo
Didn’t mean to make you cry
If I’m not back again this time tomorrow
Carry on
Carry on
As if nothing really matters

It’s too late
My time has come
Sends shivers down my spine
Body’s aching all the time
Goodbye everybody
I’ve got to go
Gotta leave you all behind
And face the truth
Mama
Oooooo
Anyway the wind blows
I don’t want to die
I sometimes wish
I’d never been born at all

I see a little silhouetto of a man
Scaramouche
Scaramouche
Will you do the fandango
Thunderbolts and lightning
Very very frightening me
Galileo
Galileo
Galileo
Galileo
Galileo Figaro
Mangifico-o-o-o
I’m just a poor boy
Nobody loves me
He’s just a poor boy
From a poor family
Spare him his life
From this monstrosity
Easy come
Easy go
Will you let me go
It’s the law
No
We will not let you go
Let him go
It’s the law
We will not let you go
Let him go
It’s the law
We will not let you go
Let me go
Will not let you
Let me go
Never
Never let you go
Let me go
Never let me go oh oh oh oh
No no no no no no no
Oh Mama Mia
Mama Mia
Mama Mia
Let me go
Beelzebub has a devil
Put aside for me
For me
For me

So you think you can stone me
And spit in my eye
So you think you can love me
And leave me to die
Oh baby
Can’t do this to me baby
Just gotta get out
Just gotta get right outta here

Ooh yeah
Ooh yeah

Nothing really matters
Anyone can see
Nothing really matters
Nothing really matters
To me

Anyway the wind blows

Somebody To Love
Queen
Can
Anybody
Find me
Somebody to
Love

Ooooooh
Ooooooh

Each morning I get up I die a little
Can’t barely stand on my feet
Take a look in the mirror and cry
Take a look at yourself
In the mirror
And cry
Yeah yeah
Lord what You’re doing to me
I have all my years in believing You
Oooh oooh
Believing You
But I just can’t get no relief Lord
I just can’t get no relief Lord

Somebody
Somebody
Ooh somebody
Somebody
Can anybody find me
Somebody to love

Yeah

I work
He works hard
Every day of my life
I work ‘til I ache in my bones
At the end
At the end of the day
I take home
My hard-earned pay
All on my own
Goes home
Goes home on his own
I get down
Down
On my knees
Knees
And I start to pray
Praise the Lord
“Til the tears run down from my eyes Lord
Ooh
Ooh
Ooh Lord

Somebody
Somebody
Ooh somebody
Please
Can anybody find me
Can anybody find me
Somebody to love

He works hard
Everyday
Everyday
And I try
And I try
And I try
I try
And I try
And I try
But everybody wants to put me down
Oooooh
They say I’m goin’ crazy
Oooooh
They say I got a lot of water in my brain
Aaaah
I got no common sense
I got nobody left to believe
He’s got nobody left to believe
Yeah yeah yeah yeah

Oh Lord
Oh somebody
Ooh somebody
Anybody find me
Anybody find me
Somebody to love
Can
Anybody
Find me
Someone to love

Got no feel
I got no rhythm
I just keep losing my beat
You just keep losing
And losing
I’m okay
I’m all right
He’s all right
He’s all right
I ain’t gonna face no defeat
Yeah yeah
I just gotta get out of this prison cell
Oh oh
This prison cell
Someday I’m gonna be free Lord
One day I’m gonna be free Lord

Find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Oh oh oh ooh
Find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Find me
Find me
Find me
Find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Oh find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Find me somebody to love
Ooo ooo ooo ooo oooh
Find me somebody to love
Somebody
Somebody
Somebody
Somebody
Somebody
Find me somebody
Find me somebody to love
Can anybody find me
Somebody to
Love

Find me
Somebody
To love
Ooooooh
Find me
Somebody
To love
Find me somebody
Somebody
Somebody
Somebody to love
Find me
Somebody
To love
Find me
Find me
Find me
Find me
Find me
Oooooh
Find me
Somebody
To love
Somebody to love ooooh
Find me
Somebody
To love
Find me
Find me
Find me
Somebody
To love
Find me
Somebody
To love
Anybody
Anywhere
Anybody find me
Somebody
To love
Oh oh oh oh
Find me
Somebody
To love
Find me
Find me
Find me

  1. Dear FishHawk, as in many cases, music artists, are better remembered when there are no more. I liked the best Qeen when Freddy Mercury passed away a cursed disease. This is life. Without doubt, I vote Bohemian Rhapsody in my opinion, with this song you can better understand the unique tones of the musical group. Thanks for the post :)

  2. I agree about Freddy Mercury and Queen.

Oh but do I remember listening to them over and over back in the day and I really loved their music.

I hope you have a great day...I was up until almost 2am and up this morning at 6.

Me eyes are still shut I think!:-)

  4. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear David!!! They were indeed an incredible group with songs that will undoubtedly still be broadcast a hundred years from now. That is, if we are still here, of course.

  5. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Jackie!!! If Bohemian Rhapsody can't get your eyelids to fluttering, it is time to get back in bed.

  6. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Grace!!! They are one of my all-time favorite groups, as well. These two are my favorites, but there are so very many more.

  7. Now your thinking. Putting up Queen was a very good choice. Then to choose Bohemian Rhapsody you secured my vote for a big thumbs up :) I always loved that song. The radio always got turned up when that came on
