Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteAny kind of promotion for other blogs regardless of who they are or how its done is always a good thing. Definitely a thumbs up from me. I've read only a couple on the list, and will have to see the rest. BTW, cool title for it, too.
ReplyDeleteI read your comments before about your condition. I wasn't aware of it until I read that reply. I hope all will continue to be well.
Also, I didn't realize until looking at your FB account that your birthday was on Nov. 24. Our birthday is only five days apart on the calendar and you share a birthday with another fellow blogger friend of mine: Gagay.
Have a great week ahead my friend!
Happy belated birthday! Hope it was a great one!
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Tatiana!!! I greatly appreciate your willingness to allow all sides of an issue to be presented.
ReplyDeleteI took the day off from the computer yesterday and I'm working on catching up this morning. I didn't know you just had a birthday.
ReplyDeleteHAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY. If we had known Duke would have done a special post that day :)
Thanks for stopping by again, my dear David!!! Thank you also for the birthday wish, and for being concerned about my health. Be assured that much of my mental depression comes from the great deterioration of my physical health, but there is more to it than that.
ReplyDeletePlease forgive me for not wanting to get into here, but you might find "The Crackerhead Chronicles" to be interesting. For it is an abbreviated account of my life so far, and it touches upon many of things that has helped make me the mess that I am now. It is the first book in line at:

Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Yeah, I turned 53 last Wednesday (11/24). Be assured that you and Duke have given me enough already, and I mean that in a good way, too!
ReplyDeletewow! thanks for another spot in your weekly roundup =] have a fantastic week ahead!
ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Birthday! Only 53? So young!
ReplyDeleteAnd I always think it is so generous of you to showcase so many other blogs.
You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Ian!!! I hope all goes well for you and yours!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Grace!!! Be assured that I feel like I am catching up to you in a hurry. On second thought, since you are still awfully spry, I may have already passed you!
ReplyDeleteI am so please to see Monica's link here. She takes and shares some great photos.
ReplyDeleteYet, she doesn't consider herself a photographer at all.
I love the black and white at the top. I think I might tinker a bit with black and white this week.
I am excited. Tomorrow morning, someone who has lived in the area all of their lives is going to go with me and show me some neat places.
Wow, I see you had a birthday. I didn't know about it either. I would have done a post for you also. Of course, unlike Duke, I doubt if Mollipop would have posed.
Happy belated birthday!! I hope it was the best ever and the year ahead will be even better!!
I hope you have a lovely and blessed Sunday!!
Peace to you and yours Jerry,
Jackie
Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Jackie!!! I am quite sure that whatever pictures you take will be nothing short of spectacular--regardless of the medium.
ReplyDeletehi FishHawk! awww.. thanks for the mention, I really appreciate it! ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week ahead! :)
You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Monica!!! Although, I am afraid that you are still failing miserably at turning people off--especially us menfolk! (LOL?)
