A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived.  Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.  The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  12. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear(s) Barbara and Nancy!!! As indicated in the explanation at the top of each edition, this series has the images linked to where the site was first included in a Sites To See edition, which was last June 21st for Ladies of the Grove, and the image on the Sites To See edition is linked to the article I found it on (when applicable) which was your April 4, 2013 article. Of course, it doesn't hurt to provide a more direct link now.

  13. Sorry I couldn't come along on the drive this morning, Fish. It was Easter and I had this fabulous bonnet to wear to church--couldn't skip out this one time. :)

  14. Thanks for stopping by, my dear Lin!!! Yeah, it is hard to hang your head out of the window and yell at people on the sidewalk with a fabulous bonnet on. Well, at least it has never been easy for me to do it.

  19. Thanks very much for featuring my blog here with a link. I appreciate it!

P.S. Just a note, you misspelled my name. The middle name is Ricard, not Richard. Believe me, you aren't the first to do this, but I thought I'd let you know. Thanks again. :)

  20. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Lisa!!! I am sorry for messing up your name. I have corrected my mistake--both here and in the April 28, 2013 Sites To See edition, which is where your wonderful site was first included. Alas, I really messed up your name in the first one. For I had it as Rchardo!
