Back during my childhood, our parents would often load
up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Maria!!! I have just added your wonderful Delight Directed Living site to the list for a future inclusion in a Sites To See edition, which comes before being included in this series. Be assured that I will let you know when it is actually included, which will probably be quite a while because of how many were already on the list.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a creative way to highlight your favorite blogs! I look forward to visiting a few. We also went on Sunday drives when I was growing up, Of course I was the life of the party, because I usually got car sick!
ReplyDeleteJulie
Thanks for stopping by, my dear Julie!!! I remember being given paregoric to combat car-sickness until I evidently grew out of it at around 10 years of age, and I really liked the stuff! Now that I know that paregoric was actually tincture of opium, I would like to use it as an excuse for why I was as I was back then. Hey, it might not stand up in court, but this is my story, and I am going to stick to it!
ReplyDeleteOh I'm so grateful and appreciate your generosity very much, you are wonderful to have come up and visit me!!! Hope to see you around always! Have a lovely Easter coming and many blessings!
ReplyDeleteFABBY
