A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and I after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.

  2. Thanks for another round-up of interesting places to visit. I was out and about yesterday on my adventures - trying to get in a quick hike between rain storms. Day started out and temperature rose to 72F - thundershower came through and temp dropped to 55F - never got above 60F for the rest of the day. Hike was to Pinacle Mountain - arrived at the top to see an old ski lift from years ago.

  6. Thanks for stopping by, my dear David!!! You are right about there being a lot a really amazing sites to see out there in cyberspace, and your Red Letter Believers is certainly one of them. Since you didn't respond, you may have not gotten the notification that it was included in a Sites To See last March, which means that it will also be included in A Sunday Drive when the time comes.

  8. Hello FishHawk,

Thanks ever so much for including http://road-safety.blogspot.com/ in your Sunday Drive. That's a great feature, I'll have to watch for it each week.

  9. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Don!!! Since I never received a response from you before, you may have not seen the notification of also being included in a FIVE FOR FRIDAY (now Sites To See) a little over a year ago, which comes before being included in A Sunday Drive.
