A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived.  Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.  The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  2. awww- that was when my little pup 'Sushi" ate a desiccant package! she got so very sick. luckily she survived the 'poisonous 'treat'. dummy. rough and painful few days for her, and scary for us. she is back to her yappy, sweet annoying self now-- but for anyone with pets - get those packs outside as soon as possible-- the vet bill ran close to 600.00 and almost took our baby away from us.
other than that -- thanks for posting my pic here! she is a silly pup - she has a 'strange adoration' for one of our cats -- i really need to share those moments on my blog. definitely something for pet lovers to have a laugh about.
hope you have a great day !

  9. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Vera!!! Although, I suspect that you may not be all that much of a "newbie." For your pictures are just too good. (How's that for a backhanded compliment?)
