Thnking of Christmas Gifts in July

I would think that it would be needlessly to say, but considering the level of sophistication to many of my readers, it would probably be better to just go ahead and spell it out. Therefore, please be advised that this is one of a number of special edition Sites To See, and all included in it may have something that just might fit quite nicely under your Christmas tree (or stuffed in a stocking) a few very short months from now. As in the regular Sites To See, the link provided below is to the main site, and the images are linked to their particular page, when applicable. The images serve as an example of what they have to offer, and they are not meant as a recommendation. Although, they do represent something that I liked, but since my wife does not like me all that much most of the time (no, I have no idea why, neither), I do not expect to see any of them with my name on it. Hopefully, it is better in your family, and I am quite sure that the artisans here would greatly appreciate your business. Besides, spending your money on things that are made and marketed by people not so unlike yourself strikes a blow against corporate greed and all of that other stuff, which is supposed to be a good thing—right?

  10. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Thank you also for letting me know that this series has ended on a high note, but if Duke is getting all excited over Mark Webster's item, please let him know that it is a painting--not an actual skull to chew on.

  11. Haven't you heard about it yet, FishHawk? They called off Christmas this year - due to the Economic Crisis. It seems that Santa Claus wasn't eligible for getting any of that free stimulus money and he can't compete with some fat guy in a wagon pulled by pandas - over in China.

Yup, a real hullaballoo over that one I assure you! Meanwhile, The Democrats have stifled the bill which might give him enough to reopen his factory; and The Republicans have filibustered any attempts to offer unemployment compensation for elves - calling them "Mythological Characters."

Meanwhile, some kid in Detroit has started a political protest and is talking about dumping Kool-Aid in Lake Michigan... since the aforementioned Kool-Aid he chose was [factually] green, numerous others began calling his followers bigoted against Irishmen... and Santa was arrested for "Domestic Terrorism" for seemingly causing all of these problems.

Perhaps, you should just call it "A Swap Meet In July..." so you don't make these politicians further upset? ;0)

  15. Actually, I check in on your site frequently FishHawk. Even if I don't always make a comment, I do enjoy reading what you have to say... and the beautiful products which you sometimes display are always worth the once over. Were I not so economically depressed personally, I'd probably being making some purchases. Alas, I have been out of work for two years and now transitioning to a full time blogging career - out of necessity.

I'm glad you enjoyed my last commentary! ;0) It isn't every day, when you get to brighten someone else's... but I always try. lol

  17. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Francis!!! I am really sorry that you have been having such a hard time. Can you go back to driving a truck? On the other hand, that is no job for a family man--especially one with young children. That is, of course, unless much has changed since I was last behind the wheel.
