A Sunday Drive

Back during our childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived.  Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them again, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.  The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  2. Thank you, Mr Beuterbaugh for showing my site and the QUILT. Pride is a sin yet I feel so, for it took so many hours(100s and 100s and five solid months. Sure hope your ploy works. Reworked my blog and lost many readers. I wonder, "do I have that 'robot proofer' thingy? Que Sera, sera. Enjoy your Sunday drives still - the inner child is always with us.

    1. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear byGeorge!!! I dearly love quilts, and I marvel at the effort required to make one. In regards to readership, mine comes and goes without any apparent reason (naturally-speaking, of course).

  3. Loved surfing through this blog collection Two of them linked back to your blog and then suddenly they didn't. You must be at your blog now I think. If that is the case I hope you have a happy rest of your Sunday. Not sure what time you have. We just started at our Monday and have labour day today. I hope your health is a bit better now

    1. Thanks for stopping by, my dear Marja!!! I wonder what the deal is with those two? Since I often have a hard time realizing just what time and day it is (even while looking at the clock on the wall) I do not even want to start trying to understand the date/time difference between us.

I suppose our Heavenly Father is emphasizing the absolute truth of the matter truly being that I should be functioning by faith--not by sight. For I have been going from being racked by overall pain to feeling pretty good for me from moment to moment much more often lately. In other words, I often really don't know if I can cross a room without going down, but it will be as it should be in the end.
