The SOLE purpose of this series is to help call
attention to sites that I think many would find most interesting—in one way or
another. Just to be clear, inclusion in
this series is not necessarily meant as an endorsement, and I have included
sites that I found rather disturbing.
The link below each image is to the site itself, and each image is
linked to the particular post from which it was taken when applicable. Please, go see for yourself. Oh, and as of August 10, 2012, I will be no
longer including sites that have auto-play and word verification engaged.

Thank you for including my blog in your list. I look forward to exploring the rest of these links.
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Bethany!!! Thank you also for wanting to see the other sites. For that is what this is all about!
DeleteCheers for mentioning my blog(s) sir! This list will keep me occupied/amused/scared over the holiday period! :)
DeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Ashton!!! Well, your sites have not been included yet (as far as I know) but they are on the list to be included later on. Be assured that I will let you know when they are, which will be awhile because of how many were already on the list.

ReplyDeleteHello, Jerry E Beuterbaugh.
I thank you for your kindness. USA friends might increase.
A greeting.

You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Ruma!!! Your artistic skills are simply amazing.
DeleteI love the cat and squirrel photos and the hummingbird....many nice photos here, Jerry, thanks for sharing, I will take a look at these links. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Linda!!! That squirrel sure looks confident about the cat not getting him--do you think he made a deal with those menacing hummingbirds?
DeleteJerry, I love your blog, and I hope you don't mind, I have been looking through your older posts, as I am new to your blog. You have been sharing some great links, and I thank you for your thought provoking, fascinating and enjoyable posts. :)
DeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Linda!!! Oh no, I don't mind at all. In fact, I tell my wife all of the time that she would be much better off paying close attention to everything I say and put into print, and I can't imagine why your life would not greatly benefit from following the same advice. (LOL?)
DeleteBy the way, several of the books I have been given to publish are on FishHawk Droppings. Hopefully, three more will be added in the next 3-4 months.
Jerry...just a bit of info...you can post a comment even without having to type in the Word Verification digits (when Word Verification is showing on someone's comment page). I have posted comments without typing in the digits and the posts go through..so it does work. I thought you might like to know that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Lee!!! Yes, that was addressed in the article, but it only works on where the CAPTCHA box is there by mistake. On sites where it is meant to be, one has to successfully retype the given characters before their comment can be left.
DeleteBy the way, I have received 5 spam comments from Anonymous so far today. So, could it be the Blogger's efforts to fix the rogue word verification problem messed-up the way it is supposed to work?
Well, you can post a comment on my blog without having to type in the digits...I'm fairly sure you can.
DeleteI had no soon removed the verification yesterday and I received a lengthy, unwanted diatribe from Anonymous, too. He must very lonely at times and reaches out for love...poor dear! ;)
Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lee!!! Yes, that was the what I did when I left my last comment there. It may have been one that I missed, but the latest lengthy diatribe left on your site that I saw was from, usicdidribee titkea, who would not have had to successfully complete the CAPTCHA because of having a registered screen-name under the way it was working before something broke.
DeleteBy the way, I have received three more spam comments from Anonymous that went straight into my spam folder since our last exchange. In all fairness, some scoundrel may have figured out how to program a spam-bot to get past word verification instead of it being that Blogger's efforts to fix what was broken made things worse.
Calligraphy in the Landscape is one of the most visually beautiful blogs I've seen in a long time. Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Stephen!!! It truly is absolutely awesome.
DeleteGibbs is giving me a few minutes to see what you've got of interest here today :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Ann!!! GOOD BOY, GIBBS! Now, go leave some "presents" on her side of the bed.
DeleteWhat a lot of talent and interesting blogs out there. I just had a quick blog hop and unfortunately have to leave it with that as I have a job to go to during the week. But i loved the visits
DeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Marja!!! I sure hope you don't have to work too hard.
DeleteThank you for posting a link to my blog. That was very kind of you!
