Back during my childhood, our parents would often load
up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

Thanks for the linkage. Yours is much like my "Posts of the Week." It's fun to be on the other side of a recommendation sometimes. Much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI remember those days, when we went to summer cabins, there were no cell phones, electronics of any kind, only a small black and white TV's. I miss those days...
ReplyDeleteJerry you are supposed to be keeping your eye on the road. Don't think I don't notice you watching that girl in the short skirt.
ReplyDeleteJerry, thanks so much for the link and for the kind words. I'm hoping you are right and my readers won't completely forget me as a take a break from my daily blog to deal with health issues with our parents. I do miss having time to read the many great blogs out there!
ReplyDeleteI am so proud to be mentioned. . . it's an honor for GeeeeZ and an honor to be on your blog AND mentioned with such other very special blogs.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU! I'm particularly glad to be mentioned on a Sunday, when I post my SUNDAY FAITH BLOGS because the week posts are all hard-hitting political/cultural posts!
God bless you and thanks again.
