Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my
brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Victor!!! Since becoming so ugly to look at, I try to shy away from reflective surfaces. Thankfully, our Heavenly Father's mirror is more forgiving.
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Jean!!! Our puppies and kitties love to watch the birds, but squirrels really get to them.

ReplyDeleteOh, there's Jean! I love her blog! *waves as we drive by* Hi, Jean!
ReplyDeleteNice work, Jerry! My dad, mom and their three boys and a girl would pile into our tiny car on weekends and go for Sunday Drives. We had very little materially -- but they made it feel like magic. I have done the same thing with my kids on drives and walks. You don't have to tour Europe to learn the secrets (not secrets) of life.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Dare we try for more?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Sandie!!! I would think that you would be more into chasing, but I suppose that you would need to make some observations first.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Lin!!! Thank you for not honking the horn this time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear KP!!! Very well said!
