A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and I after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

  3. Do you mind if I nap in the back while you drive? It's been a rough week and I haven't been sleeping because I was all worried about Hobbes. Take the long route, okay??

  7. You are most welcome, and thanks for stopping by again, my dear Beaded Tail!!! I hope you had Sadie read what was on Lilly's image before you-all took off. For if you didn't, you might have had to actually exercise, which is hard to take at times. Okay, that would be all of the time for me these days.

  9. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lin!!! Since it would appear that your sister is wanting to start acting up, I would be very grateful if you took a nap. I was am so happy to here about Hobbes being back to his old self again.

  10. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! Well, maybe not. For you used to be the good girl in the family, and now you are starting to act too much like your sister Lin. I swear, if you start wearing hip-waders, we are going to have to have a serious talk, young lady!

  11. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Dorothy!!! Please don't tell Lin and Ann, but their antics remind me of how I used to be on many a Sunday drive way back when. Hmm, what do "they" say about payback?

  12. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear BadGal!!! Hey, I am subscribing to ALL of your sites through Google Reader. On the other hand, I don't comment as often as I should, and I am sorry about that.
