The SOLE purpose of this weekly series is
to help call attention to sites that I think many would find most
interesting—in one way or another. Just
to be clear, inclusion in this series is not necessarily meant as a
recommendation, and I have included sites that are rather disturbing to
me. The link below each image is to the
site itself, and each image is linked to the particular post from which it was
taken when applicable. Please, go see
for yourself. Oh, and as of August 10,
2012, I will be no longer including sites that have auto-play and word
verification engaged.

You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Penny!!! Methinks everyone could be quite comfortable in a home like yours.
ReplyDeleteAlso thanks for including The ND's nigh. Much appreciated sir!
ReplyDeleteI think I enjoy seeing the photos you choose to put with each link as much as visiting a few new sites! Thanks, Jerry.
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear ND!!! Is our Congress making you feel better about your Parliament?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Julie!!! Well, if it was not for lots of pictures, I would be far less edgumacated than I am.
ReplyDeleteI follow number one and she is a great gal. Think I will check out Penny and one more!
ReplyDeleteI just popped into The Comforts of Home...and now I'm hungry after looking at those pictures of roasting chicken!
ReplyDeleteToo early here, yet, for roast chicken, but not too early in the morning to drool over it!
Thanks for stopping by, my dear Sandie!!! I sure hope you like the sites that you go see.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Lee!!! What are you talking about? IT'S NEVER TOO EARLY FOR ROAST CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteall new ones to me. Lots of stops to make.
ReplyDeleteI discovered that, Jerry, after I devoured my monitor!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Ann!!! I hope your brakes are working!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Lee!!! Showing off for your crocs?
ReplyDeleteI meant my computer monitor...not the monitor lizards of which we had many on Hinchinbrook Island.
ReplyDeleteThere were a lot of crocs, too, up in the mangrove areas of the island; and in the channel between it and the mainland...but those areas were well away from where the resort was situated.
I have eaten croc, though;mainly just to see what it was like because and I prepared it often when I was cooking in a restaurant up north. It was permanently on the menu of Lorikeets' Restaurant where I was the chef; and it was very popular.
However, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...in my humble opinion, there are far better meats to eat than crocodile.
My computer monitor tasted better...and it didn't need marinating and cooking! ;)
I like 'The Middle' Jerry! It's a breath of fresh air to be presented with prose instead of the normal verses and poems. I'll try to visit it often and so also yours. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHank
Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lee!!! Yes, I realized that you were referring to your computer monitor, and I was alluding to you trying to impress your crocs by chomping down on it like they would. I have never eaten croc, but I have eaten alligator tail down in New Orleans. The way it was prepared was a lot like a breaded chicken nugget, and the white, smooth meat reminded me of a frog leg, with a slight fishy aftertaste.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Hank!!! Yes, The Middle is indeed an impressive site.
