Back during my childhood, our parents would often load
up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait until we drive by all the Christmas lights! Can we sing Christmas carols and drink hot chocolate???
ReplyDeleteThank you for including Backporch Graphics. I am humbled and grateful that you chose my little blog as one of your 'sites to see'. I will visit all the others you have listed and am sure make new friends and favorites along the way. I will certainly be back here to look around. It is such a different blog than the usual and I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh my I just enjoy looking at all of your picks. I am always amazed at your incredible ability to choose such wonderful places.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry I am late visiting but I have been struggling getting my new blog going. The new Blogger interface is so different and I am working with Google trying to get the people that are using my old name to redirect their traffic to stop.
All is a learning curve and to learn is a good thing. I owe you a great big thank you. I just don't think I would ever have actually really had the courage to begin again without you!!
It will be a long road. But, I am much more prepared for the journey this go around!!
Blessings Jerry,
Jackie

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Sandie!!! Better is indeed possible--be assured!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Lin!!! Three or four of out major Christmas lights attractions have already opened their gates to the tune of around $15 a car-load. Larger vehicles can cost up to $75!
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Polly!!! My wife considers almost everything I do weird. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Jackie!!! Oh, I don't think I am the only one who would like to hear about that redirecting thing. So, there's investigative journalist piece right off of the bat!
ReplyDeleteI'm in! I hope you are paying for the $75 dollar view! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by here, my dear Lin!!! Um, they have already informed me (in no uncertain tones, no less) that you and Ann will not be permitted to ride on top of the car this year.
