Back
during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after
Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we
lived. Even though we were seeing mostly
familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday
Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar
sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Jenny!!! I used to also have a lot of trouble with "car sickness," and my parents used to give me paregoric to combat it. When I went to look up how to spell it, I discovered one of the possible reasons for why I absolutely loved the stuff. For another name for it is Tincture of Opium!
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Kay!!! If I was still able to get out and about, be assured that I would still be up for a drive anytime.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Sandie!!! Be assured that we are very thankful for a little change in the wind (so to speak) around here. For we got our first rain of any significance in months last night.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, thank you for including my humble little blog in this post!
