A Sunday Drive

Back during my childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and I after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again.

  1. "Slow ride! Take it easy!" (That's me singing in the backseat, in case you didn't hear me.) :)

  3. Oh yeah! I love that song--even the extraordinarily long version. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Lin!!!

  4. Thanks for stopping by again, my dear Roschelle!!! Could you two take off on some "Fool For The City" after you get through with "Slow Ride?" That's another one of my favorite songs by Foghat.

  5. You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Carrie!!! By the way, are you enjoying Lin and Roschelle sing as much as I am? Lin can get a little sharp at times, but when she has her waders on, I don't care!
