No, it is not that I am in the midst of experiencing a
second or third childhood. For it is
arguable that I have never really grown up because of my march toward maturity
being interrupted by some episodes of arrested development along the way. So, instead of thinking that this series is
meant as a wistful look back upon a simpler time, think of it as being a rather
simplistic mind remaining in a moment for an extended period of time. In any event, I hope you find it enjoyable.

ReplyDeleteNever seen that before.
Love 'Simon's Cat' and if you have a cat then you totally relate to this episode - cats or Christmas trees - choose - Can't have both!
ReplyDeleteThat's why I don't put up a Christmas tree! My two cats would have a ball...or three!!
ReplyDeleteA cat I had years ago used to open his Christmas present...and that is a fact. No one believed us when we told them, until they saw him do it for themselves! True story!
Thanks for stopping by, my dear Adullamite!!! Who stole what from whom?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Lee!!! Our cats have tried opening doors by turning the doorknob, and there are times when they look at us in a certain way that is rather chilling.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Grace!!! Yeah, our kitties already have enough to tear up and have fun with without adding a decorated Christmas tree to the list. Sigh.
