Sites To See

The SOLE purpose of this weekly series is to help call attention to sites that I think many would find most interesting—in one way or another.  Just to be clear, inclusion in this series is not necessarily meant as a recommendation, and I have included sites that are rather disturbing to me.  The link below each image is to the site itself, and each image is linked to the particular post from which it was taken when applicable.  Please, go see for yourself.  Oh, and as of August 10, 2012, I will be no longer including sites that have auto-play and word verification engaged.

Thank you for listing me - a very pleasant gift to wake up to this morning!

You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Sheila!!! Well, one of the first things I have the "privilege" of doing after I wake up is to gather all of the "presents" that our puppies often leave for us in walkways during the night (and day). Sigh.

Thanks for including The Art of Being Conflicted. I always appreciate new readers being referred to my site. Thanks!

You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Cheryl!!! Alas, I have been practicing being conflicted my entire life, but it is still not going very smoothly for me.

You are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Tara!!! I was born in Newport, but I have spent more time in southwestern Missouri than anywhere else. Nonetheless, I am still an Arkie to the bone.

Hi Jerry. This week I can't visit. I am sitting at 80% on my thresh hold with my satellite company.

I don't renew until next Tuesday. It's free from 12am to 5 am. But, when Walter is home I always get sleepy early.

As for my water marking...I have good reason and all those people out there that don't watermark their photos really good are most likely having them used for other things and by other people.

There are PSP groups and graphic groups that are email only clubs. They scan the internet for images with easy to remove watermarks. They use the pictures to create tubes. A tube is an image that has a transparent background. Then in turn they use those images to make email signatures and some times people just steal your stuff!

I hate ruining the picture too. But, I would rather watermark it. Especially one like that bobcat image...than have someone else take it and claim it as their own.

That's why on the watermarks....I don't want my images...copied and printed out at someone's home where they can make post cards and stuff.

Happy weekend. These sites look great as always. You always put so much work into all that you do. You're a dang good blogger...both of you are.

Walter is home so I am very happy. We both hope both of you have a very lovely weekend! :-)
