Back during my
childhood, our parents would often load up my brother and me after Sunday
morning church services for a leisurely drive around where we lived. Even though we were seeing mostly familiar
sights, it was still good to see them, and this is why “A Sunday Drive” sounded
about right for the name of a weekly series revisiting familiar sites that are
well worth seeing again and again. The
link below the image is to the site itself, and the image is linked to the post
it was first included in here.

Well... I've gone and read some great blogs, downloaded a free owl calendar AND been back to read here. You have a very interesting blog. I will be bookmarking and sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh and I forgot to reply - Stargate post was good. I liked the original series the best, to be honest.
Thank you for including my painting in "A Sunday Drive"!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been to my owl barn in quite some time. I think that's my first stop

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Michelle!!! Wow, I wish I had as much energy as you have, and I fully agree with you that Stargate SG-1 was indeed the best of the three. (I'm still fuming over the way they did Stargate Universe.)
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Janelle!!! I remain in awe of how you are able to paint such a realistic looking hazy dawn/dusk light.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Ann!!! I hear that it's the place to be for anyone who gives a hoot. (Oh yeah, I've still got it.)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by again, my dear Sandie!!! Yes, as a matter of fact, it was indeed a good morning.
