WhiteHeart Wednesday

Say The Word
WhiteHeart

Day shows the secret
And by His sign
The wounded bird that’s in your eyes
Is too broken to fly
Say the Word
Say the Word

It hurts to hear your silence
And to watch you slip away
I want to wrap my arms around your heart
But I’m not the word to say
I can say the Word
Say the Word
Say

For any word He’s sending
Will not come back empty
It’s His love
Raining down
Raining down
From the sky
Say the Word
Say the Word
Say the Word

When I feel the breakers rolling
Underneath my heart
I’m afraid that I will wash away
In my anger and my doubt
I must say the Word
Say the Word
Say

For every word He sends us
Holds the power to save us
It’s His love
Raining down
Raining down
From the sky
Say the Word
Say the Word
Say the Word
Say the Word in a prayer

Come on you weary and I’ll give you rest
I will never leave you desperate
And the Light of the world will follow me on the way of life
And my Truth will set you free
Say the Word
Say the Word
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh, oh oh
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh, oh oh
Say the Word
Say the Word
Won’t you say the Word
Say the Word

  1. I visited the the whitheart site, never heard of them before, saw they were connected to bill Gaither, no wonder the lyrics are soul touching.
I wonder what they sound like.

  2. I didn't realize that they were all that closely associated with Bill Gaither, my dear African Princess. For their musical styles are worlds apart; but the lyrics are not.

Anyway: if you will click-on the link "To Play Song" it will take you unto a mp3 player hosted on the BlogDumps Video site; and if you have audio capability on your computer: you can hear the song. I'm sorry I couldn't separate the link unto the WhiteHeart site from the link unto the song itself more. (Me and Blogger don't always get along so well.)
