Back during my childhood, our parents would often load
up my brother and me after Sunday morning church services for a leisurely drive
around where we lived. Even though we
were seeing mostly familiar sights, it was still good to see them, and this is
why “A Sunday Drive” sounded about right for the name of a weekly series
revisiting familiar sites that are well worth seeing again and again. The link below the image is to the site
itself, and the image is linked to the post it was first included in here.

ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome, and thanks for being so considerate, my dear Nancy!!! I hope you-all don't get too much of a white Christmas. (LOL?)
ReplyDeleteOoh, I like the title, A Sunday Drive. I remember when gas was cheap enough to do that, even for somewhat more distant goals. Have a merry Christmas, for sure!
ReplyDeleteI think I will start with a rural journal. Could you please turn up the heat just a little, I'm freezing
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Elizabeth!!! Your wonderful 100th Lamb should be included in this series in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know when it is actually up.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, my dear Ann!!! I think you'll find that you and her have a lot of white stuff in common at this particular time. Oh, and if you and Lin would roll up the windows, it might feel a little warmer in here!
ReplyDeleteWhew! No more Mannheim Steamroller!! Thank goodness!
ReplyDeleteWell, Merry Christmas, Fish. Sorry I couldn't go on the ride today....I'm busy hanging out and waiting for Santa to come. Well, that and eating Christmas cookies. :)
I do know that A Rural Journal is a great blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these sites, they look interesting, I'll have to check them out!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Jerry,

ReplyDeleteThank you very much for including me - I am so pleased to be in such good company and I love several of the other blogs you listed alongside mine. Sorry I did not respond before, though. I have hardly been at my computer in the last few weeks and I am only just catching up now. Happy Christmas!
ReplyDeleteAnd I've done a link from my latest post to it.
